About Brendan Burke

Brendan Burke is a licensed Associate Real Estate specializing in the sale leasing of industrial, office, retail, investment and development properties in Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx. A 2008 graduate of Johnson & Wales in Providence, Brendan started his career in commercial real estate the summer after graduation.

Brendan quickly learned the importance of expert market knowledge, customer service, hard work and dedication in building long term relationships. In doing so, Brendan successfully completed transactions for the sale and leasing over 1,000,000 sq. ft. in the outer boroughs. Brendan was born and raised in Long Island and presently lives in Astoria.

Summary of Transactions

 

  • He was appointed the agent for a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility located on 45th Street in Astoria with multiple divisions.He was able to lease out every space to qualified tenants on a long term basis.

  • The sale and lease of a 45,000 sq. ft. property in Woodside, Queens. Tasked with a vacant building, as exclusive agent Brendan successfully repositioned the building by leasing the property to two tenants, one of which a publicly traded company. With the rental income Paul sold the property to an investor doing a 1031 exchange.

  • The sale of a 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse on Vernon Blvd. to an auto part business for $7,500,000.00.

  • He procured Tutor Perini, one of the largest contractors in the world for the lasing of 10,000 sq. ft. of office space in Long Island city.

  • The leasing of two properties totaling 21,000 sq. ft. to a manufacture of communication devices for New York City Transit.

  • He was appointed the exclusive agent for 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Long Island City, he was able to obtain Gladstone Gallery as a long term tenant.

  • He procured Thyssen Krup, a publicly traded elevator business as a tenant for a 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Woodside.

  • The Sale of a 60,000 sq. ft. development site in Astoria, Queens for $8,125,000.00.

  • Sold a 7,300 sq. ft. warehouse in Maspeth to an investor, then leased the property for the new owner to a Coffee Roasting business.

  • Brendan was hired by Ford Lincoln Motor Company to sell one of their auto facilities in Jamaica, Queens. He procured a qualified buyer and sold the asset 3 months later.
