About Paul Bralower

Paul Bralower is a licensed associate real estate broker specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, retail, investment and development properties in Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx and has been in the business since 2007. Paul’s expert market knowledge, customer service, hard work and commitment to building long term relationships has been the catalyst in the sale and leasing of several million square feet of New York City Commercial Real Estate. Paul has vast experience representing buyers, tenants and property owners ranging from startups to publicly traded companies, and the market knowledge and experience to handle most any New York City commercial real estate requirements and assignments.
